Chicken Alfredo Pasta

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken breast, drained
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
  4. Stir in the canned chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
