Ingredients:
- 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken breast, drained
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the canned chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
