1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ground ginger. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli. Sauté until vegetables are slightly tender. Return the chicken to the pan. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly. Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
