Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional but adds a nice flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, and brush the glaze generously over each piece.
