Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika to create the glaze.
Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, and brush the glaze generously over each piece.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a nice caramelized top.
Optional: Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization.
